Corvera - latest.

Speculation in the local press and announcments from the Regional Government, all seem to be pointing at Corvera becoming operational as early as June.

As to where already-booked flights to San Javier will actually land - San Javier or Corvera - is anyone's guess.

Here at La Torre, there has been a marked increase in late-night jet noise. Is there some approach/landing testing being conducted? Who knows? One thing is for sure, the next few months are going to be somewhat interesting for us all.
